1. Subscription Plans and Billing
Bay Boss offers two primary subscription tiers:
Single-Shop Plan: Valid for one (1) physical location or independent business entity.
Multi-Shop Plan: Valid for up to five (5) independent locations managed under a single administrative billing account.
Overage: Use of the software for more than five (5) locations requires a custom enterprise agreement or an additional Multi-Shop subscription.
2. Payments and Pricing
Fees: Subscriptions are billed at $99/month (Single-Shop) or $198/month (Multi-Shop). Annual discounts are available as specified at the time of purchase.
Processing: All payments are handled via Stripe. By using Bay Boss, you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes agreement to the new rate.
3. Data Isolation and Security
While the Multi-Shop plan allows for centralized billing, Bay Boss is designed to keep shop data (customers, work orders, parts, and users) separate between locations.
You are responsible for ensuring that users are granted access only to the specific shop locations they are authorized to view.
Bay Boss is not liable for data exposure resulting from administrative errors in user permission settings made by the Account Owner.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bay Boss is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
No Revenue Guarantee: We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from software downtime, technical bugs, or service interruptions.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party integrations, including but not limited to Stripe, ClickSend, SendGrid, or Bubble.io.
5. Termination and Access
Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in immediate suspension of all shops associated with the account. Upon cancellation, data will be held for 30 days before permanent deletion; it is the user’s responsibility to export any necessary records prior to the end of the billing cycle.
