Welcome to Bay Boss. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our vehicle service center management software, accessible via bayboss.ai. By using Bay Boss, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Use of Services

  • Bay Boss is intended for use by auto service centers to manage work orders, invoicing, payments, and related functions.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any laws.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Bay Boss is a subscription-based service with a monthly fee of $59 per shop.

  • Payments are processed through Stripe.

  • Failure to make payments may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.

  • Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bay Boss is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of business revenue due to software errors or downtime.

  • Security breaches caused by third-party services like Stripe.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bay Boss constitutes acceptance of any changes.
